Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

3 or 4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten (or egg substitute)
2 cups Glutino All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix bananas and eggs in a bowl.  Stir in flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, oil, cinnamon, and nuts.  Blend well.  Pour into a loaf pan.  Bake for 1 hour.
(You can also use 4 mini loaf pans and bake for 35 minutes.)
