Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Cornbread Mix
1 can of cream style corn
1 can of whole kernel corn (drained)
1 egg (or egg substitute)
1 stick of melted butter (or 1/4 cup canola oil)
8 oz. fat free sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into small greased casserole dish.  Bake for 45 minutes.
