Oven Roasted Potatoes

I found this recipe on Food.com.  It was really simple (and I love simple!!)


6 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, minced


1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.  Place potatoes in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
3.  In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
4.  Pour mixture over potatoes and toss well.
5.  Bake for 60 minutes or until crisp, lightly browned and tender.
6.  Stir twice during baking.
