Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup Glutino All Purpose Flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup butter
1 large can of peaches (in juice)
 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter in 9×13 baking dish.  Mix flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl and spoon over peaches in baking dish.  Bake for 45 minutes.
